First off, got home from work and promptly reconnected the USB cable to the computer, fired up Kingo Root and proceeded to unroot my phone in hopes it restores the radios, no go. Got a call last night from motorola, and after some deciphering on my end due to a bad VM message (lots of words left out), I got the gist to call Motorola, so i did and found out I needed to call Verizon and make the change since my plan is no longer offered (an old one at that ( Read more... )

Took 4 days and some good work on Motorola's end to find out why I had so much trouble. Turned out I needed to ensure my home addressed linked to my card, be it debit or credit was exactly correct or the order would not go through ( Read more... )

The gal who called me back went through some of the steps, such as did I clear out history and cookies, did I go with Chrome etc (yes, we did), however, I did one more try and got through the activation of acct verification process, and onto the checkout and payment and that is where the issue is now ( Read more... )

This time by calling what ended up being Motorola.

After several redirects, and a call to billing or credit acct dept at Motorola, a nice gent is calling Verizon to clear out the previous order attempts from yesterday because of a red flag from my multiple attemps from yesterday.
